NO REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments upon check-in are non-refundable.
Any cancellation done before the date of arrival shall merit a one (1) night cancellation charge based on Published rates. Strictly NO REFUND policy.
During peak season, one (1) night shall be charged if the finalized booking is canceled seven (7) daysbefore the date of arrival and 100% of the room’s booked amount shall be charged if cancellation is received three (3) days before the arrival date.
In the event of a No-show or Early Departure, all payments/deposits are forfeited in favor of North Shores Inn.
Strictly NO REFUND policy.
For guests who will avail discounts, we require full payment at least 2 days or earlier upon checking in.
No cancellation but can rebook one time for six months. Guest needs to notify the front desk/NSI customers’ service at least two days before the day of rebook.
Guests with down payment and availed any discounts promos are not subjected for cancellation but can re-book ONE time.

Standard check-in is 2:00 pm; Standard check-out is 12 noon.
Check in BEFORE 6:00 am requires paying in full amount.
Check-in AFTER 6:00 am requires 50% of the room rate.
Late check-out is MAXIMUM of 2 hours only (Php200 per hour). More than 2 hours will be considered as an overnight stay.
Early check-in is only allowed for 2 hours only (Php200 per hour).
The hotel is pet-friendly.
Visitors, visiting hours will be closed by 8:00pm; full/regular rate will be applied after.
